El primer sábado de noviembre todos los centros kadampas del mundo celebran el Proyecto Internacional de Templos.

Extracto de una charla impartida por el venerable Gueshe Kelsang Gyatso en la que explica la importancia de los templos y cómo benefician a todos los seres sintientes tanto en esta generación como en las futuras.

‘Según la visión budista, especialmente la mahayana, un templo es una representación de la tierra pura de Buda. Las estatuas o imágenes de Buda son representaciones del cuerpo de Buda, las estupas lo son de su mente y los libros de Dharma lo son de su palabra. Estos son preciosos objetos sagrados.

Hemos construido este templo para que incluso las personas que no tienen interés en las enseñanzas reciban algún beneficio del budismo –cualquier persona, cualquier ser–.

No importa si tienen fe o no. Cualquier persona que vea una representación de la tierra pura de Buda, del cuerpo, la palabra y la mente de Buda, recibirá bendiciones.’

  • These schedules may have small modifications.
  • The cafeteria and shop are open between sessions.
All rooms include a private bathroom and bed linen. If you stay in a shared or multiple room, please bring your own towel.

You can also request a towel at reception upon arrival (€3).

If you have booked the meals for the event, it includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We inform you that the meals are vegetarian and may contain traces. If you have a severe food allergy, we do not recommend reserving meals. We are sorry that we cannot offer other types of diets.

Gen Kelsang Chokga she is our resident teacher and national spiritual director of the NKT in Spain and Portugal.

He has studied and practiced under the guidance of the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso since 1998, since then he has dedicated his life to imparting the profound teachings of the Buddha.

Her clarity in transmitting the teachings and her caring nature make her an exemplary Kadampa practitioner.
